Matthew has a wealth of experience working in a range of roles across the Vocational Education and Training Sector, having worked as a former policy advisor to the Victorian Minister of Skills & Training, as the National GM of Quality & Compliance for a large RTO, and as an RTO manager prior to establishing Audit Express. Matthew has experience applying for and managing various state & federal funding contracts, and is passionate about improving the overall quality of education.

Sharon has more than a decade of experience in practice management, working in a range of management roles across accounting and law firms. Sharon is a Chartered Accountant, specialising in taxation, and has experience working across both small and large firms. Sharon is a highly driven individual that is passionate about improving organisational systems and developing workforce skills and capability.

With over eighteen years of experience in the education sector in a variety of roles and settings, he has proven experience working with strategic partners and delivering shared outcomes.

Carmie Walker is an experienced partnerships leader with a long history working across aged care, disability, community health and hospital environments. She specialises in building strong, values-aligned relationships that support quality, compliance and workforce capability. Carmie brings a calm, collaborative approach and a deep understanding of frontline service delivery, enabling her to bridge operational needs with strategic partnership opportunities.

Kath has more than 25 years’ experience in the VET Sector. Having owned and operated an RTO, Kath has the hands-on skills to provide pragmatic advice and solutions to training organisations and ensure compliance with both the registration standards and funding contracts. Kath has expertise in funding contract compliance, data management, internal quality auditing, student file audits, assessment validation and governance.

Sharon has worked in teaching and leadership positions in the training and education sector for over 30 years. Sharon has managed internal and external audits for several large RTOs inclusive of re-registrations for all three sectors: Higher Education, VET and Senior Secondary. She is also experienced in the CRICOS / ESOS standards, and has developed and implemented academic quality assurance and governance frameworks in two major RTOs.

Aimee has more than a decade of experience as an auditor in quality and compliance, managing contractors and technical staff including training and development, recruitment and evaluation, and leading multi-disciplinary teams to achieve compliance to ISO 9001, company procedures, and regulatory and statutory regulations. Aimee has extensive exposure to Defence, IT, Telecommunications, Utilities and Retail sectors.

Rio has held various positions in both domestic and CRICOS RTOs, including overseeing their academic and compliance departments. Rio has participated in and led numerous ASQA audits, including initial RTO and CRICOS registration and compliance monitoring. Rio also has experience managing government funding contracts across NSW, QLD, and ACT, and has led audits with Smart and Skilled and DESBT.

With over 30 years’ experience in healthcare Karen draws on a broad skill set spanning quality and compliance, vocational education, project management and service redesign. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Karen has coached business leaders to improve quality and service outcomes, enhance customer satisfaction and drive organisational efficiencies. Karen has strong capability in interpreting, evaluating and operating within complex compliance frameworks, supporting organisations to strengthen quality management systems.
